ABOUT THIS COURSE

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based program that is designed to help people develop strategies to manage stress and anxiety associated with modern living, and to promote general well-being. The course will identify tools for you to be able to deal with whatever is happening in your life so that you can take charge and consciously and systematically work on your stress, pain, illness and everyday challenges both at work and in your private life.

‘Individuals who complete the course should be less sensitive to stress, less anxious, calmer, more cheerful and better able to relax’.
